The Freedom
of Information Act 2000 places a responsibility on public
authorities to be clear and proactive about the information
they will make public
.
Maintained schools, as public bodies, are covered by the Act
and the Governing Body at Nonsuch has produced a publication
scheme, setting out the classes of information to be published,
the manner in which the information will be published and
whether the information is available free of charge or on
payment.
The school's publication scheme is included in the Nonsuch
Policy Note 38 - Freedom of Information, which is available
to download from this website or in paper form at the school.
Freedom of Information enquiries should be directed to "The
Bursar" at the school.
