Key Stage 3: (year 7 and year 8)
At the start of Key Stage 3, in year 7, students are not set and attend
Mathematics lessons in form groups. They are tested throughout the year
with an end of year examination in June. Students are set in year 8 according
to their year 7 results. At the end of year 8 all students sit an internal
examination to determine their National curriculum level within the attainment
targets.
