Extra-Curricular Music Lessons

A variety of lessons are offered by our team of sixteen visiting music teachers and over 350 students take advantage of individual lessons. Many of our students have achieved the highest standards on their instruments and every year several students reach Grade 8.

The following can be learnt:

Strings: violin, viola, cello, double bass.
Woodwind: flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone
Brass: trumpet, trombone, French horn
Percussion including drum kit
Piano, electronic keyboard
Classical guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar
Singing
Music theory

Fees are payable at the beginning of the term and from September 2005 these are £130 for a term of 10 x 30 minute lessons.
