A Musical Feast
The end of the summer term saw a final flourish of musical activity
at the Music Tea with over forty girls taking part in ensemble
and solo performances.
The programme as always was varied and diverse, with every type
of music and instrument represented from classical to pop and
harps to guitars. (We were delighted that Yasmin Yap was able
to bring her harp, discovering in the process that a harp can
fit into a Ford Focus!) and finally a very special first
for our music tea with a very colourful performance from five
Carnatic Musicians from 8P who all looked stunning in their beauti-ful
traditional dress.
Special thanks must to go to the PSFA who have been incredibly
supportive throughout the year, and once again provided the delicious
treats to make this a truly enjoyable event.
